Asian Paints SmartCare Hybrid PU Sealant is a single component, moisture curing, low modulus silyl terminated polyurethane sealant for sealing of dynamic joints and cracks in interiors as well as exteriors. After curing, it forms a flexible rubber-type seal that is paintable.
